You must be at least 13 years old to use Arahaz. If you create an account or subscribe to a feature, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

Arahaz publishes editorial and informational content. Unless a page explicitly states otherwise, content is provided for general information only and is not legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, or other professional advice. You should use independent judgment and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Violating law, regulation, third-party rights, or platform safety rules.
• Impersonation, fraud, harassment, abuse, or misleading representations.
• Posting unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or malicious content.
• Uploading harmful code, probing vulnerabilities, or interfering with site security.
• Using automation to harvest, scrape, mirror, or bulk extract content or data.
• Sending spam, manipulating engagement, or abusing comments, reports, or moderation.

For clarity, ordinary public search indexing consistent with our robots rules and standard web crawling practices is not prohibited by this section.

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as comments or profile information, but you remain solely responsible for it. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit that content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

By submitting content to Arahaz, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical display, moderate, publish, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, protect, and promote the service.

The Arahaz site, design, branding, software, editorial materials, graphics, and other content made available by us are protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the public portions of the service for personal, non-commercial use.

Except where permitted by law or with our prior written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, resell, systematically extract, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Arahaz content or services.

Arahaz may rely on third-party tools and may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control third-party content, policies, or availability and are not responsible for them. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

If you subscribe to our digest or other updates, you agree that we may send you the communications you requested, as well as essential service-related messages about your subscription. You can unsubscribe from marketing or digest emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in the message where available.

We may change, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of Arahaz at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arahaz is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim, among other things, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that content will be complete, current, reliable, or suitable for your needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arahaz and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Arahaz and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

You may stop using Arahaz at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service or specific features if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, investigate misconduct, comply with legal obligations, or protect the platform and its systems.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted unless another effective date is stated. Your continued use of Arahaz after revised terms are posted means you accept the updated version.
